Club Thursday evening. Thpse playing were Mrs. T. C. Lea, who won high prize, Mrs. Wade H Massie winner of traveling, Mrs. R. L. Massie who was lucky in the bingo game and Mrs. B. M. Miller who was awarded consolation. Others playing were Mrs. Veronica Keating, Mrs. M- R. Bradford, Mrs G. W. Smith, Mrs. D. D. Miller, Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Sr. Mrs. C. T.i Bruce, .Mrs. Elizabeth DeBergh and Mrs J. E. Keyser.

Mr and Mrs. Robert Leonard, Miss Lottie Burton, Mrs, Ashby Way land and son, Jimmie Wayland were at Doe Hill, Highland, County 'dfPSkurday, June 30th, to attend thy wedding of Miss Betty Jane Blfgg to Mr. William Parker Robertson of Falls Church, which took place at the Doe Hill Methodist Church.
A reception at the home of the bride followed the ceremony.
Miss Blagg has been a member of the Rappahannock Hig.h School faculty for several years.
Birth Announcement
The^Rev. and Mrs. Cecil E. Carder announce the birth of their son, Cecil Earl Carder, Jr. on June 12th at Bangkok Christian Hospital at Bangkok, Thailand. The grandparents are Mrs J. R. Hawkins of Boston, and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard A. Carder of 202 Monticello St. Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. Carder are well known in Rappahannock and have many friends here.
