The nndersigned will offer fer sale at public auction the following real estate owned by Robert Henry Timbers at the time of his death. v ' All that certain farm situated, lying and being in Haw-I thorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 99 V4 acres, more or less, being about 3 miles West of Woodville, lying on the South side of State Secondary Route No. 618, and bounded by the lands of Snead, Thornhill and others. This is the same land acquired by the late Robert Henry Timbers, 96 acres of said land being conveyed him by Gabriel Thornhill, by deed recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the' Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, in Deed Book X, page 451; and 4V4 acres of said land being acquired.by deed from James Timbers dated April 21, 1908 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book X, at page 488. This farm has a -frame dwelling house thereon and the real estate or any part thereof may be inspected or viewed by any interested parties on or before the data of sale.
