Margaret arc remaining with their grandparents and Mr^ and Mrs. Brown Jr. will return for a short visit on July 4th. Mrs. Roy Reeve was hostess at a swimming party and picnic lunch on Saturday at Shulers on the Shenandoah River in honor of her daughter, Lillian who was celebrating her tenth birthday. Besides the Reeve family, those invited were Ann Davis, Susan Schaefer, Dana Snead, Dottie Davis and Sarah Frizzell.
Miss Peggy Pillar of Madison College and Miss Sue George spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Pillar at their country home. Miss George was a friend of Miss Pillar in Norfolk and also a classmate at College. A "guest in the home of Mr_ and Mrs. Pillar this week is Mrs. Judson T. Smith of Norfolk.
