The second meeting of the Chester Gap Citizens’ Association -
hed last Thursday evening in the rear of Greeley’s Store. A record number of citizens turned out for this important meeting of the community, and two new members were added to the growing list of name on roll. President Greeley called the meeting to - order and prayer was' offered by’ assistant chaplain Stanley Williams.
The minutes of the last meeting . was read by the secretary, Ivy Williams and the floor was opened for the reports of various committees. Due to unforeseen dr> cumstances the report on the cemetery was very short but the committee did report that they cart and will overcome all obstacles -iff. the near future. A statement very heartening to hear. Progress is beng made on the community building although much remains oo be ’ "'done.*' '
