Health and Nutrition was sel ected as one of the major problems by a special Home Economics Committee. Results of the Rappannock County Dietary Survey show that 1 out of 5 persons receiced minumium quanity of milk one but of four erceived one serving of citrus fruits, tomatoes or raw cabbage and one out of three received one serving of a green and yellow vegetable. The goal for the craning year is nutrition education... using all available methods as newspaper, H. D. Clubs, Schools and special contacts. Other problems discussed were need of other sources of income, and need of dentist. *
