He also revealed that a Boy Scout reader’s Training Weekend is being planned for Camp Roylc Fnon October 12-13. Chairman Carter stressed that all Scouters and their guests are urged to attend the coming Council Annual Meeting at the War Memorial Building in Winchester September 26.
