A Washington real estate man will head for Florida “in the.next couple of months’’ on an under, sea adventure to search the ruins of a sunken schooner. . James Carr yesterday was . granted a treasure hunting lease by th«. State of Florida to search the waters of Morgan Pass on the State’s west coast for the ship, Morgan, which sank' during a hurricane in 1921.
