Sharks was born in Texas, attended Texas University and is a registered pharmacist in that state,' tfy District of Columbia and Virginia. ' He was associated ikith Trout Drug .Co. from 1939 to 1942 when he enlisted in the U. S. Navy, where, he served until 1945; After the War he worked in Washington. D. C, * ;
