J Notice s hereby give# that at the regular meeting of /the Rap*’ pahannock County poarfl of Supervisors on November 6, 1957 the following ordinance wa? passed ^ pursuant tp the power tested in / said body by Section 18-318 of the * Code of Virginia .and amendments ' thereto, which said ordinance shall be in effect on the 1st day of January 1958, and remain in effect until amended or rescinded j as follows: : 1 1 - T • "Resolved by the Board of Su p erv«sors of Rappahannock County, Virginia that it shall be unlawful to operate any public dance hall after the hour of 1:00 A.M. on Sunday mornings until 6:00 A.M. the fqllonyinfc Monday mornings. •
Any person violating: any provision of the above said ordinance ’’shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined pot less'than fifty dollars rior more than five hundred dollar? for each offense. , - ■'■■>*
