Saturday, February .22. about 5 JO p.m., an automobile accident occurred in front of Massie’s Cor* ner Service Station. A 1952_Dodge sedan, driven by Shelton Grimsley of Flint Hill, was struck by a 1956 Ford .driven , by Clarence Bailey of Stanley. Mr, Grimsley was making a left hand ‘fum into the Service station when he was struck. Both cars received considerable damage. Baily estimated a $500.00 damage and Granshy, total loss, «
M's, Ruth Grimsley was taken to the Warren Memorial Hospital by the Washington* Rescue Squad. She received a skull concussion and a broken pelvis. Mr. Bailey, received a crushed right kneecap. All other members in the cats were taken' to the hospital fof? treatment, but nothing serious. •
Mr. Grimsley was charged with, reckless driving. - „
