6. “The licenses issued under this ordnance shall be for a period I of twelve months and said twelve months peripd shall begin on the 15th day of April 1958 and con* tinue through they 14th day of the following April. Said license tax is imposed on a yepr to year basis and shall become effective on the 15th day of April, 1958 and continue, in effect until rescinded by the Rappahannock County Board -of Supervisors. 7. In the evem that any person shall make application for any such licenses, as mCreinabove described, for any lkepse year, subsequent to the 15th dafuof Ortober, then*the cost thereof shall be one-half of the initial cost thereof.
8, In the event that any license plate issued under the provisions hereof shall be lost or mutilated, or shall become illegible, the person who is entitled thereto shall make immediate application for and obtain a duplicate or substitute thereof upon furnishing information of such fact satisfactory to the Treasurer of the County ! and upon the payment of a fee of
