Last week at the 4-H State Course held at V. P. I., Rod Regan of Boston, Virginia, won a $25.00 Saving Bond donated fay the Virginia 4~M Clubs for. his winning speech on “American Education.”'.
At the awards assembly all those attending the Short Course which numbered about eleven hundred boys and girls were present to hear Rod give his inspiring talk on the system of education here in Am-' enc* today. J
