The Post Office Department has informed Representative Burr P Harrison it has decided not to dose the Viewtown Post Office. Earlier the Department had announced its intention of Closing the office on July 31.

Swindler (Mrs. O. B.)
Mrs. Louella Clark Swindler of Sperryville, Va^ died at her home orr Sunday, June 29, 1958. She was born on June 13, J878, the daughter of the late Addison Clark and his wife Frances Cliser Clark.
Mrs. Swindler is survived by three sons, Roy A. Swindler and Addison Lee Swindler both of Sperryville and Russell B. Swindler of Brentwood, Maryland. Three daughters, Mrs. Alvin Kagey, Cottage City,Maryland^ Mrs. Sadie Rowe, Washington, D. C., and Miss Barbara Swindler of Sperryville, Four sisters, Mrs. Russell Johnson, Woodville, Va., Mrs. Blanche Thornton, Washington, Va. Mrs. Alice Moyer, Baltimore, Maryland^ and Mrs. I Howard Egan, Glendive, Mont. | Also 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild survive.
