THAT THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, doth impose a county recordation tax in an aipount equal to one-third of the tion
amount of the-State recordatax
collectable for the State on the first recordation of each taxable instrument; provided, no tax shall jbe imposed under this ordinance upon any instrument in which

specifically, and provided the cents further, that where a deed or other
instrument conveys,; covers or relates to property located partly in Rappahannock County and partly in another or city, or in (ilher counties or cities), the tax imposed under the authority of this ordinance ihall be computed only with respect to the property located in Rapp; .hammock County.
Ths Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County collecting the tax imposed under this ordinance shall pay the same in to the Treasury’ of Rappahannock County. Such compensation shall be paid aut of the; county treasury, provided the Clerk shall,make any charge for his services in collecting said tix. The effective date of this ordinance shall be the first moment of July
