The! old house was burned several years ago but the brick walls are still standing. Mr. and Mrs. Dwverl plan to restore the house. *
Mr. and Mrs. Dwyer, who ar^ both attorneys in Washington. D. C, are the parents of a daughter Maureen, eight years old.
The sale was made through Joyce R. DeBcrgh, Real Estate Broker and Consultant. *
Commander James Lynch oi McLean, VaTlnas' recently purchased the 150 acre “Coates Place”, near Castleton (from Lt. Colonel, James W. Davidson. The property is located on the Hazel River in Rappahannock and Culpeper Counties. This is a part of a larger farm that is owned by Col. Davis. ,
Mr. and Mis. John Keys of Fairfax, Va. have purchased 34 acres of land on the Hazel River near Slate Mills from L. R. Hudson. Mr. Keys is in the sheet metal business in Fairfax. They plan to build and make this their week end and vacation place.
