William Potter Parrish, PhD, has accepted the pastorate of Bromfield Parish, Rappahannock County, and wilt assume duties here June 30th.
Dr. Parrish completed his undergraduate studies at St. Francis' College,, Loretto, Pa. His graduate work was done at Georgetown University under the international- , ly famous biochemist, Dr. Sullivan where in 1955 he received a Ph.D. ’ degree in biochemistry.
His professional experience includes accociation with the Army Engineers Research and Development Laboratories 'at Ru Bel voir, the Food and Drug Administration and the Cancer Clinic at George Washington University Hospital where he worked until ’ recently. ^ - , v
Dr. Parrish completed his theowas ordained June 12, by Bishop Goodwin.
Mrs. Parrish is the former Jacqueline Marie Felton of Altoona, '■ Pa. and there are, two children. Betsy Marie, six and William Potter, Jr. 18 months old.
