Auto License bales

The sale of State auto license tags is moving slowly, according to agent, Gibson Wharton, who advises that you purchase your tags immediately and avoid the rush at the last minute. Friday, April 15 is the last day to get tags and the license office closes at 4 p.m.
County tags, which are sold at the Treasurer’s office are moving at approximately the same rate as last year with 450 sold Tuesday morning. Deadline for the county tag also is Friday April 15.
Hikers On The March
Rappahannock hikers will again take to the hills Sunday, April 10, aftei activities have been suspended because of the inclement weather in rhe past few weeks.
Anyone wishing to join the hikers mav meet at the post office in Flint Hill at 1 :30.
Easter Cantata April 12
\. T. Huffman, Professor fjf Voice and Director of Music at Bridgewater College, will be tenor soloist at the Easter Cantata “The Seven Last Words of Christ” to be held in the Front Royal Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, April 12, at eight o’clock.
