Dear Folks

This week I an certainly writing you long before schedule, but it wouldn’t seein right for a week to go by and not write you a letter of some kind.

Saturday morning early Capt. Weiner, Arthur and I leave for New Jersey to visit Evie and Stew for their first anniversary. Gosh a whole year has gone by and you can believe me last year I certainly wasn’t as calm as I am now.

This week was rough without Sarah—certainly hope she never has rhe mumps again, but anyhow a paper was put together somehow. I’ll grant a few mistakes, but I do hope, and know you all have a good sense of luimor.

Isn’t the weather lovely these days? lake! Keyser and Honey B. drove up to the house for a little while today. Jake looks well and

it was nicej to see them out.

Well the cat always gets out of the bag aful believe me this cat no one likbs. Jassamine Hill is to be sold, meaning Rappahannock loses soaie very good, friends, but we hope they will not be too far away. Trippy Keating and Tim will be back as often as possible, I am sure.

It was nice having Bruce and Lucv Bowie help us out and Jack Barber stayed until we put thttupaper to bedi He said we wouldn’t even know his children, they have giovvn so. A little explained. A little endured. A little forgiven—the quarrel is

cured.

So, until next week, bulks.

Stay happy.
