Edmond Luttrell of Arcadia, Cal. accompanied by Mrs. G. H. Dennis, has spent the last week visiting Dr. and Mrs. Homer Luttrell in Pulaski, Miss Mary Hughes in Richmond and in Williamsburg sight seeing. They also were visitors of Josephine Bowen in Washington, D. C. and of Dri and Mrs. Russell Luttrell in Arlington. The returned to the home of L. H. Luttrell Wednesday. • Misses Sally and Susan Latham were guests for dinner Tuesday evening of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and son Billy. The occasion was Billy’s birthday. •,

Mrs. George Kidwell is spending some time with Mrs. A. C. Latham while recuperating from an illness.

Mrs. Sarah Latham and daughters Misses Elizabeth and Sally Latham were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Kephart in Herndgn. Susan Latham, who spent two weeks with the Kepharts returned home with her family.

Chi Sigma News

The regular meeting of Chi Sigma Youth Group was held in Flint Hill fire hall Sunday night with 26 members present. Due to the illness of Rev. Wilbur, Rev. Carr conducted the meeting. Due to a conflict in community activities, the skating party scheduled for Friday will be postponed until later. Plans were made for the programs for future meetings. After refreshments the group adjourned. Next meeting will be at the Episcopal parish hall in Washington Sunday at 7:15.
