NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Take notice that I shall on the 6th day of September, 1962, at the hour of 2 P. M. (EST) on the steps of the Rappahannock County Court House, sell at public auction for cash, the following property, to wit: 1. OCEAN LANE, a grey stallion, ten years of age, Jockey Club, Registration number H6940; 2. KISS MISS, a chestnut mare; 3. GOLDY’S MISS, a brown mare; to satisfy an execution upon a judgment obtained in the County Court of the county of Rappahannock on the 3rd day of August, 1962, in favor of Leon T. Greenaway and Eleanor R. Greenaway against Ray A. Ferguson, for the sum of $1065.10, which has been levied on the said property by me, Charles K. Estes, Sheriff of said Rappahannock County.
