The annual 4-H Club Achievement Night was held Friday at Washington Elementary School at which time achievement awards were presented county - wide. Named outstanding 4-H boy and girl of the year wore Sandra Foster and Bobby Weakley. The Rappahannock National Bank, Washington, gives this award each year, and this time E. M. Jones made the presentation on behalf of the bank.
