Thanksgiving holiday to visit his mother Mrs. E. B. Ditmar and spent several days at their lodge in Wingate, Md. They returned to their home Quail Call Farm yesterday.
Thanksgiving Day dinner guests of Miss Irva Poe and Mrs. Evelyn Harrison were Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Welch of Arlington, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Poe and family, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Corbin, Mrs. Raymond Poe and Mrs. John Poe.
Theresa Poe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Poe, fell at her home Friday and broke her arm. She was treated at Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton where a cast was applied and she is recovering satisfactorily at home.
Mrs. Braxton James of Viewtown was a visitor last Tuesday of Mrs. Russell Hackley. On Saturday Mrs. Hackley, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hackley and Brenda accompanied by Howard Clark of Washington spent the day in Charlottesville.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Mann of Suitland, Md. were guests for the weekend of Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Payne and son Billy at Locust Shade Farm.
