RESOLUTION Whereas the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors after advertising in the Rappahannock News, a paper of general circulation in the County, in accordance with Section 15.1*504, 1950 Cede of Virginia as amended, the following notice: PROPOSED REPEAL OF ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SALE OF WINE IN RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY ON SUNDAY The Rappahannock County Board of S«g>ervisors at its regular meeting on inly 1, 1970, tmammously proposed repeal of the County Ordinance proMMtiiif the sale of wine on Stnday. A public hearing will be held on this proposed repeal of said ordinance at the neat regular meeting of said Board on August 5, 1970, at 10:00 A.li., in the Court House, Washington, Virginia. Whereas the Boardof Supervisors held a public hearing at its regular meeting on August 5, 1976 to repeal the Comity Ordinance prohibiting sale of wine in Rappehaimock County on Sunday. Therefore, he it resolved that the sale of wine in Rappahannock County be allowed between the hours of twelve o’clock post meridian of each Saturday and sin o’clock ante meridian of each Monday, effective August 7, 1976.
