The best drum and baton corps was the Twirlettes of Colonial Beach, with the Manassas Toppettes second and the Royal Knights of Front Royal in third place. Hie Culpeper Pepperettes were the best majorette group, with the Red Coats of Haymarket second and Toppettes of Manassas third.
The Flint Hill Fire Company and Ladies Auxiliary expressed appreciation for all of the time, labor, donations and support of the public during this annual event, all of which was necessary to make it a success.□
