day—Mrs. Lonnie Williams came home from the same hospital Monday—Lonnie Williams has been ill at home and unable to work the past week—Luther North and Edward Goranson, also Jeremy and Keith Stonebreaker are reported on the sick list. Sam North continues in the hospital.

Due to the Rappahannock Homemakers Achievement Night, October 8, at Flint Hill the regular monthly meeting of the Chester Gap Homemakers is postponed until Tuesday evening, Nov. 16.
Thursday Mrs. M. M. Chastain and daughters, Mrs. Shirley Shelton and Mrs. Bessie Parks had these friends visit them from Alexandria: the Rev. Charles Beahm, Mrs. Josephine Patterson, Mrs. Herman Hampton and Mrs. Edgar Brown.
Word has been received of the injury of F.P. Rawlings of the Blue Ridge Mountain Estates and McLean. The reports are he was in an auto collision and is in the Leesburg Hospital.
