Dr. and Mrs. Carroll Quaintance accompanied Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Wood, Jr., Henry B. and Mrs. Henry Wood of Woodville to Amelia Sunday for dinner with Mr. and Mrs. R.L. Blanton. Enroute home they also visited Mr. and Mrs. Gardiner Quaintance and Adam in Richmond.

Mr. and Mrs. Fielding Lewis of Front Royal spent last Thursday with Mrs. Virginia Lewis.

Mr. and Mrs. Julian Brown and son, Paul with Mrs. Catherine Brown were dinner guests last Tuesday of Dr. and Mrs. Larry Kushner in Gaithersburg, Md. Mrs. Roy Capshaw and a friend ofBethesda, Md. were Saturday callers of Mrs. Brown.

Mrs. W.H. Lyne attended a meeting of the Virginia Division of the American Cancer Society in Roanoke Thursday and Friday. She was joined Friday by Mr. Lyne and they spent the weekend in Blacksburg to attend the Va. Tech - W. Va. football game.
