Personal interviews, onstage interviews and questions were designed with this mission in mind. Several young ladies expressed apprehension about personal interviews. Diley them “not to worry because if they are going to have a bad interview, far better to do it now than in front of a college entrance committee or the decision maker in an interview for the job of their dreams.”
The judges expressed a desire to encourage three of the contestants to further pursue their pageantry to the next level.
