The substantial and ornamental improuement now being made on the north side of the Park is a thing of beauty. The old rickety posts and chains have been removed and now cement work is being moulded into the base and built high enough to support the earthwork that will slope to the level of the Park itself. The Beautiful City of Exira receives many fine compliments from River to River tourists. A few street lamps now and our wants will be satisfied for a time.
