Mr. Henry MoElroy, who resided iu the former Nelson postoftice neighborhood iu west Guthrie County was instantly killed last Monday I while loading a bunch of hogs into his wagon to tako to market. The report current hero is that he fell out of the tail end of the wagon, a large hog following- him, the fall and the weight of the animal upon him caused his neck to bo broken instant death being the result. Deceased leaves a brother anil sister to mourn his sudden demise. He is reported to have a lann of 1000 acres of good land besides owning a goodly numler of horses and cattle all of which wiil go to the relatives above named.
