Mr. and Mrs. Trenton Burke and sons Dickie and Dave, of Fredericksburg/ were week-end guests of - Mr. and Mrs. Guy Burke'at their home here. Sunday | afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Burke visited Mrs. Burke's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Baumgardner of -Front Royal, and Mrs. Guy Burke accompanied them to Front Royal and was a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Edmonds. Mrs. Esmonds is recovering nicely following her recent tonsillectomy.
Mrs. Bertha Brock visited her son, A/2c Everett Estes of Valdosta, Georgia, and her daughter, Eloise Terry of Abbeville, Alabama, last week. Mrs. Terry’s*infant daughter, Wanda Lee, has been very ill but is much improve ed, according to recent reports.
Mrs. Jack Petty was a Friday and Saturday guest of her mother, Mrs. R. L. Baumgardner in Culpeper.
