Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Carroll of Amissville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Janice, of Norfolk, to John E. Baldwin, U.S.N. Miss Carrpll is a graduate of Ferrum Junior College, and Westhampton College, Richmond, where she majored in religion^with a minor in psychology. Mr. Baldwin is stationed at Little Creek. Miss Carroll is employed as Educational Secretary at South Norfolk Baptist Church.
