Mr. Morrell Magarity, of Arlington, Va., has purchased the A. L. Rutherford property near WoodviUe, Va. Mr. Magarity plans to raise sheep and goats and eventually to retire here.
Mr. John Hightower and family have been spending weekends on their property in Schwarts Hollow, purchased from the John Frasier estate, and remodeling the dwelling for weekend retreat. Mr. Jlightower is, with the Associated Press in Washington, D. C.
