50 Code of Virginia, notice is hereby given that on the the 28th day of May, 1956, we, the undersigned trustees of the property of the above mentioned pburch, after giving notice ofice a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, will file a sworn petition with the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in which we will set forth the fact that the real estate held by the above mentioned church in the Town of Washington, Virginia on Lot No. 25 of the plan of the Town of Washington, has been in the undisputed possession of said church for a period of more than twenty-five (25) years and that the boundaries are as follows:
