“AH that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Washington, Virginia, known as the Clyde Jenkins' Place and bounded by the lands now or formerly owned by Mrs. Lena Wayland, Golden Jenkins, Mrs. Minnie Brown Weakley .and Main Street of said Town of Washington. This is the same tract or parcel of land conveyed Clyde Jenkins by C. O. Oden by deed dated December 1, 1943, and recorded Dec. ember 6, 1943, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court r of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 46, at page ^ 240, reference to said deed ao recorded being hereby made for a more complete and accurate description property hereby conveyed.”
