The Rev. and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson were in Charlottesville on Thursday visiting patients at the University Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Rpy White and their two daughters, Jane and Beckie of Winchester, were guests Sunday of Mrs. Catherine Brown and family. Benny Brown who has recently been discharged from military duty has accepted a p<#sition in Winchester and is staying with his sister, Mrs. White.
Mrs. William Meade Fletcher who has been in Washington, D. C. with Mrs. Armistead Lewis, who is recuperating from a recent illness has returned to her home at Thornton Hill.
