All that curtain farm situated, lying and being in Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 99 Vt acres, more or less, being about 8 miles West of Woodvillet lying on the South side of State Secondary Route No. 6|8, and bounded by the lands of Snead, Thornhill and othejrs. This is the same land acquired by the late Robert Henry Timbers, 95 i cres of.said land being conveyed him by Gabriel Thornhill, b] deed recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Cour; of Rappahannock County, in Deed Book X, | page 451; ani 4 Vi acres of said land being acquired by deed i from James Timbers dated April 21, 1908 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book X, at page 488.
