ORDER OF PUBLICATION Virginia: In the Circuit Court of
PEARL FLETCHER, et als
.The object of this suit is as follows: (1) To have decreed as null and Void a certain deed from James M. Settle, Clerk, conveying 85.7 acres of real estate to Carrie M. Dennis, dated February 12, 1947 and recorded in the Clerk’^ Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 48, page 524. (2) To remove a cloud upon the title on the above land. (3) To effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of the above land, the same being the land of which Edward F. Fletcher died, siezed and possessed, and situated near Castleton, Virginia, in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and (4) To require Robert E. Craft to account to the heirs of Edward F. Fletcher, with the exception of Carrie M. Dennis, for any and all timber, rents, issues and profits which he may hava derived from said land.
And an affidavit having been made end filed that Carrie M. Dennis is not e resident of the State of Virginia and that due diligence has been used on behalf of the complainants to locate the whereabouts of Jordan Fletcher' and John Ed Fletcher, if living, and the widow and heirs, devisees and successors in title of Jordan Fletcher and John Ed Fletcher, who were made parties defendant in this cause by the general description of “parties unknown"; CARRIE M.
