that the last known post office addressee of Jordan Fletcher and John Ed Fletcher are unknown; that the names and post office addresses of their widows, heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, are unknown, with the exception of Ruth Fletcher Hodge, the daughter of Jordan Fletcher, and that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the plaintiffs to ascertain in what County or Corporation these parties may be,{without effect, except as to the said Bath Fletcher Hodge, who is a party pjaintiff in this causjs; and the bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this cause whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of “parties unknown.”
It is ordered that the said nouresiden, defendant Carrie M. Dennis and Jordan Fletcher, if he be living, and John Ed Fletcher, if he be living, and the said persons made parties defendant by the general description of “parties unknown,” tfo appear within (10) ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that a copy hereof foe published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of this County within ten days after entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each defendant to the post office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers
