In the first game of the league playoffs, Rappahannock edged Flint Hill by a tight 10-8 score. The A. C.’s gathered 11 hits, led by 'David Foster and Bobby North with three each. North also blasted two triples, and batted across fiveruns. In the other smei-final playoff series, Gordonsville takes '* on Stanardsville, and the win~~-s of the semi-finals will play a “sudden death” game for the championship. The semi-finals are a best 3-of-5 affair. Flint Hill and Rannahannock meet next Sunday at Washington for the 2nd playoff game.
