Slate Mills News
The Slate Mills Home Demon-, stration Club met at the home of the Miller sisters Monday evening with fifteen members and two guests present. The subject “Good Grooming” discussed by Mrs. Betty Powers and Mrs. Betty Cobert. Mrs. Betty Cobert program chairman outlined the program for the coming year, and plans' were discussed. The annual picnic will be held Saturday Sept. 15th at 12 noon at Slate Mills. Members are asked to bring their families.
