A native of Virginia, he attended Virginia Military Institute where he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and a Civil Engineering degree.
A registered professional engineer, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Petroleum Institute, is listed in. Who’s Who in Engineering.
