William Henry Timbers
William Henry Timbers, age 71 .died at his home here on Friday April 5th after a lingering illness.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, April 7th at First Baptist Church with his pator, the Rev. R. C. Davis conducting the services. Interment was in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mr. Timbers was born and reared in Rappahannock and spent host of his life in the Countv where he was liked and respected by all. He was a member of First Baptist Church, and active in all of its work.
In 1910 he married I>ena Virginia Green. Two children were forn to this union* Miss Midred Sirlena Tmbers, at home, and Mrs. Cornelia Madden Terry of Baltimore. Md
Pallbearers were Lewis Butler, Herman Patterson, Webster Flethcer, Robert Barber. McCoy Williams and William Yates.
Among those from a distance herc for the services were, Mrs. Mittic Timbers, a niece, Mr. John Green and Walter Clockall of Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Lula Carroll of Baltimore. Md.
The Washington Monarch* 'will play the AC’s of Harrisonburg on Sunday, April 14th at Pine Knot Inn. This is the first game of the season.

2nd Lt. Samuel- J. Glasker of Firt Jackso^, S.C. spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. ‘"Henry Glasker of Woodville.
