in the opinion of the scholarship committee some unusual circumstance exists. Qualfty credits are established by the State and are given only for A. B and C grades on the basis of one unit for C, 2 for B and 3 for A. These credits are figured on a 4-year basis with 16 units being necessary for graduation.
Extra Curricular Activities: The applicant must have demonstrated through his participation in school activities, jobs held in and out of school, and church and * community activities, a developing sense of his responsibility toward his commynity.
Need: This will be the final criterion in each award. In the case of equal records for two or more applicants in the above categories, awards will be made on the basis of greatest need.
