Veal prices should act normally from now until the end of the month, fluctuating mildly around the present level. Historically, the price decline starts in February, heading gradually for the midsummer low, Virginia auctions last week averaged $33.25 for choice and prime vealers. The season’s highest price showed uo in the first week of 1958 with a $34 average.
