Bom in Rappahannock, she was the daughter of the late Bfereton' Henry and Mrs. Ellen Roberts Henry. She was the widow of Charles Dudley Wood.
She is' survived by one daughter, 'Mrs, Oliver Smith of North Garden; two sons, B. J. Wood of Newport News and Charles B.f Wood of Blacksburg; two sisters. ■Mrs. R. B. Miller of Culpeper and Mrs. Russell Wood of Flint Hill ! ;** •
