Besides his wife, the following children and two step children survive : Robert Manuel, Philadelphia . Tommy Manuel, Orlando, Fla., James and Richard Manuel, Rileyville, J. Sapphire Manuel and Mrs. Betty June Cubbage, both of ■ Stanley. The step-children: Lon'ng R. Aleshire- of Washington and Irving Aleshire of Gaithersburg, Md. ' * .

Funeral services "will be held on Friday at ¥ p.m. from the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray. The Rev. Howard Smith will officiate.
