Flint Hill Carnival
The firemen and the ladies of the womans' auxiliary to the fire co. of Flint Hill will sponsor a carnival, August 14, 15,' 16 on the lot adjoining the fire house on the road leading to the old Fodder Stack road instead of in front of the packing house where it has been held for the past few years.. Fours rides will b offered for your pleasure, Ferris Wheel, Hobby (Horses, Swing a kiddie’s ride and games of all kinds. Ham biscuits, hot dogs, hamburgers, home made cakes and candies etc, will be offer* ed on the food stand by the Ladies each and every night. The parade will be held Thursday evening at 6 JO. Saturday evening the Queen of the carnival will be crowned and the presentation of the war bonds and our will be made at 12 midnight. .
