Two Injured In Auto
A man was fatally injured and
two other people ^seriously injured in a« automobile accident Sunday on route 211 a mile and a half east, of Sperryville. ;v-i . -i"
Sylvester Bright, age 44 and the father of eight children was pro* nounced dead on arrival at the ' University' of Virginia Hospital with a crushed head, chest and arm,; Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Amiris, ■of Flint Hill, Virginia were the: occupants of the other car. were admitted irKserious condition. Mr. Atkins had S'broken arm and severe face injuries. Mrs. Atkina suffered a Broken leg and lacerations of the leg and a head injury. Lynn Atkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Jktkins who was driving the cari was treated and released.
The .Atkins car, a 1957. Plymouth was proceeding east oik route 211 when it was struck head on by a 1946 Ford sedan, owned by Delbert Bright and operated by Sylvester Bright who was ap-'parently making a left hand turn/ into John Wayland’s Service Station and cut directly into the path of the Atkins car. i
Mr. and Mrs. Atkins condition , is reported as satisfactory.
