Mrs. Sarah Frances Jenkins, wife of the late Ashby L. Jenkins of Culpeper, died Tuesday, October 28th at die residence of her daughter Mrs. Richard H. Dodson after a lingering illness.
Deceased, 83 years of age was the daughter of the late Benjamin Woodward and Mrs. Eliza Dodson Woodward of Rappahannock! County, Virginia
She is survived by her daughter Mrs. Dodson, a foster daughter Miss Earle Woodward of Culpeper; four sons, Willie A. Jenkins, Culpeper, Vera M. Jenkins of Herndon, Va., James Bennie Jenkins of Brandy, Va., and Charlie L. Jenkins of Catlett, Va., also 28 grandchildHw and 46 grpat grandchildren. jf ||
Funeral services were held on Thursday, October 30th at 2:00 o’clock from the Geest Funeral Home Chapel, with interment in the family section of the Woodland Methodist Cemetery, Reverend D. L. Phillips and Reverend Alma Frederick conducted the last rites. Active pallbearers were Will* Furr, Joe Holland, Junior Finchant, • Virgie Baldwin, Gid Elliot, Leon Shanks.
