You are hereby notified 'that pursuant to a certain decnee entered by the Circuit Court of Ra;>pahannock County, Virginia, on the 5 day of August, IV59, in the chancery cause therein pending, styled as above, the undersigned will, cm Tuesday, the 18th day of August, 1959 at 10:00 A.M. at the Court House in the Town of Washington, Virginia, at the office of John W. Price, Jr., proceed to hear all evidence, take all depositions, make all inquiries 4»d take all other necessary steps for the ascertainment of the hereinafter stated facts and the execution of the said decree in the following particulars:

(1) The names of the heirs at law and distributees of the estate ’ of Joseph S. Mahoney, deceased.

(2) A description of all of the real estate of which the sjaid Joseph S. Mahoney died seized and possessed, and whether or' not the said real estate is capable of fair and equitable partition in kind amongst the owners thereof according to any of the plans of such partition provided by the law of the Comnwnwe^lth.of.Virginia.

(3) All lein indebtedness, including taxes, binding upon said real estate, and upon the share or interest of atw.and all of thle aforesaid heirs atHaw, 4f any,' together with their order of priority, i. - '
